For Christmas family gatherings I made cheesecake stuffed strawberries. The recipe I found on Pinterest.
First I cut off the top of the strawberries and hollow them out with a small Mellon baller. One serving is a pound of strawberries. I made a double batch.
Next heat 8oz of cream cheese to soften it and add 4 tbsp of powered sugar. Beat it together. Place the mixture in a ziplock Baggie and cut a small hole in the corner. Squeeze it into the hollowed out strawberries.
After that is all done sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Then serve!
These were a big hit, look impressive, and super easy to make!
